Being a good attorney is more than experience and education, after graduating student body president and salutatorian from Alice lloyd College, it is no surprise that Grover Arnett would go on to become a successful attorney. Grover Arnett, in addition to being a Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability attorney also has a background in criminal convictions. He still continues to provide affordable and competent services to his clients, but between the years of 1994 and 1999, Grover Arnett worked as a Magoffin County Attorney.
Grover Arnett was able to utilize his Juris Doctorate that he earned from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase. His hard work and dedication paid off with a 95 percent conviction rate for DUI convictions during those years. His passion for justice and helping others was reflected greatly in his work. He notes that two of his proudest achievements during these years were helping block the illegal establishment of an out-of-state garbage dump in Magoffin County and assisting in Knott’s County’s first-ever marijuana cultivation conviction. This was the largest drug conviction in the county’s history.
